These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at buildandgrowtech.com and the Oscan application (collectively, the "Services") provided by Build & Grow Technology ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to our Services.
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse our API endpoints.

2. Salesforce Integration

Oscan connects to your Salesforce org via OAuth 2.0 with your explicit authorization. By connecting your Salesforce org, you represent that:

• You have the authority to grant Oscan read access to your org's metadata.
• Your use of Oscan complies with your organization's Salesforce license agreement.
• You are responsible for revoking access when no longer needed via Salesforce Setup → Connected Apps.

We access only the metadata necessary to generate your risk report (Apex classes, Flows, Validation Rules, Visualforce pages). We do not modify your Salesforce data.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on our Services — including the Oscan application, its engines, algorithms, and UI — are owned by Build & Grow Technology and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Oscan's risk reports are informational and should be reviewed by a qualified Salesforce professional before taking action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build & Grow Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including any changes made to your Salesforce org based on Oscan's reports. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Build & Grow Technology from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Salesforce). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may stop using our Services at any time. Revoke Oscan's Salesforce access from your org's Connected Apps to terminate the integration.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
